Manual Action Reconsideration Request rejected twice

I have received the following message:
This site appears to contain a significant percentage of low-quality or shallow pages that do not provide users with much-added value (such as thin affiliate pages, cookie-cutter sites, doorway pages, automatically generated content or copied content).

My site is KODLOGS DOT COM

Some of my spam users managed to post some short content earlier, I have removed all short content, and the site contains now at least 1000 words of unique articles, then I submitted a reconsideration request and still, google says, reconsideration rejected with no more information except above message. I do not know what am I doing wrong on my site.
I have put some guest blogs with the canonical link I hope that is allowed:

I have clearly mentioned its canonical link if you see the source of the page.

Can anyone guide me I am in stress, this is the second time my request has been rejected with no clear indication except the common message as above?

Is the content on your site original? Or is it scrapped, copied, syndicated etc content?
