traffic exchange site and methods are just good for boosting visitor numbers and why you would do that? I do not understand except lie or something similar to that. I had rather have 1 buyer come to my website than 1,000,000 bots.

You will not make sales from that traffic.

I suggest you to keep distance from traffic exchange. Because with the help of it you only get a good SERp and Alexa rank but your site bounce rate is goes high and it also harm to your page rank too... In my point of view traffic exchange is not reliable and helpful to site.

There is no benefit of having much traffic with 0 gain out of it, I think you should focus on having natural traffic no matter how low it is if you will be able to turn it into cash.

There are many traffic or like exchange sites that helps to increase likes, followers and visits on your site. But these are fake and not so helpful method to use. It just help you to increase visits but it may cause spam and increase bounce rate of your site.
