Just Launched a Niche Site – Looking for Feedback + Tips on Scaling

I've just finished building out a new niche site targeting a mid-competition keyword cluster. After weeks of content writing, optimization, and a few sleepless nights fixing Core Web Vitals, it's finally live.

Site Overview:

• Niche: [e.g., Home office accessories / Dog training / AI productivity tools] Instagram nicknames and letters
• CMS: WordPress (Astra + GenerateBlocks)
• Content: 25 SEO-optimized articles (mostly info-based + a few reviews)
• Monetization Plan: Amazon Affiliate + Email list + Ebooks down the line
• Traffic Goal: 10K/month in 6 months

What I’m Looking For:

• Anyone here successfully scaling niche sites organically? How long did your first growth spurt take?
• Any tips on affordable link building strategies that actually move the needle?
• Anyone using AI tools (like ChatGPT or SurferSEO) for content support — if so, what’s working for you?

Nice work getting the site live, Zerema. That early hustle is real.
For growth, I saw traffic start picking up around month 3–4. Just stay consistent.
Cheap links? Try HARO, niche edits, or swaps with similar sites. Forums can help, too, if they allow links.
I use ChatGPT for outlines and rewrites. Still edit a lot to keep it human. Haven’t used SurferSEO lately, but some like pairing it with Frase or NeuronWriter.
