I generally use Google Analytics and SEMrush/Ahrefs for my day-to-day business needs. Could you suggest some other digital marketing tools you use?

GA, like any other third party tracker, is flawed, but so many people take it seriously. Use your own server side raw logs for the most accurate data.

For tools, I use the RankViper SEO tool suite, like the keyword analyzer and competitor monitoring, to keep on top of it. Its helpful to use some automation as well.

Google Analytics for tracking performance and SEMrush (or Ahrefs) for SEO insights are must-haves.
For social media, tools like Buffer or Hootsuite help manage and schedule posts easily.

I use the reports from three consoles -Google, Bing, and Yandex- to better understand how my website is performing. I find Buffer and Blog2Social ideal for social media automation, and stick with OneSignal for communication.

  • Google Analytics – for website performance tracking.
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs – for SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Mailchimp – for email marketing campaigns.
  • Canva – for creating engaging visuals and graphics.
  • Hootsuite / Buffer – for social media management.
  • Google Ads – for paid promotions.
  • HubSpot – for CRM and inbound marketing.

Wow, thank for your sharing! So detailed, i just use Google, SEMrush, Ahrefs. Except what you recommend, how about use browser extensions to analyze website's details. For example, use "Transcript YouTube" extension to catch the main idea of YTB videos. That might save energy and time for watching full videos.

Along with Google Analytics and SEMrush/Ahrefs, some other great tools are HubSpot (CRM & automation), Canva (design), Buffer/Hootsuite (social scheduling) and Mailchimp (email marketing). These cover analytics, content and customer engagement in one stack.

I use Canva for designing graphics, Buffer for scheduling posts, and HubSpot as my CRM to keep contact lists organized and track campaign performance. These tools work well together: design, execution, and follow-up. On top of that, I use Uniqode to make QR codes for my campaigns. I create landing pages for each campaign and generate QR codes that lead directly to those pages. When people scan, I can see who clicked and how they interacted, so I know which campaigns are working. It feels more personal, especially when I include a tailored message or discount. To tie it with HubSpot, I’ve set up workflows using an integration between Uniqode and HubSpot (via Zapier). Whenever someone scans a code and fills out a form on the landing page, their info flows automatically into HubSpot as a new contact or lead. That means no manual data entry and faster follow-ups. It’s helped me keep leads from slipping between systems and respond more quickly.
