How to report to Google adsense support staff ?

I got some problem like click fraud and any other issues but I don't know how to report to Google Adsense Support staff?

Anyone can show me any ways ?

I don't think you should do this, just disable ads for few days or ban those IPs. They'll end up banning your account if you yourself report it.

Subscribe to DFM services of google in Adsense panel, You have options to check invalid clicks and you can also disown invalid clicks.
