How to optimize video site?

Opppsss…. Personally I am not much aware of video site marketing. I optimize normal site but yet not doing work / optimize any video site. I do all basic which we do any other site like adding the site in webmaster tool, create and submit sitemap to WMT, and onsite optimization and put the link on commonly used social networking site like Face book, Google Plus, but after this I am totally blank what to do I dont know. Where I do bookmarking and other work.

Guys Need your Help if you doing before?

Interesting this topic, but honestly I've not ever have a video site thus I don't know how to SEO for a videos, if anyone has any experience about that, please share..I'm waiting ideas on
