I usually avoid submitting blog to all search engines. I have only submitted it to Google, Yahoo and Bing. Eventually other search engines index it automatically. The popular russian search engine has indexed my blog automatically. So I don't think , there is a need to submit to all search engines.

I think its very good to index your site page very quickly in search engine. The search engine spiders are visit the site from the differ location so it is very helpful to index pages.

Most search engines will crawl and index your website without using any submission tools or services.

It's correct but if we don't share links on high quality sites then the process will happen slowly. Of course I don't agree with submission tools at this time, it's not more value.

Too much submission to search engine can give you penalty so, use this tool carefully and let bots find your site.
