Is Buy Sell Ads A Good Advertising Platform?

I am thinking forward to advertise my website. Heard of Buy Sell ads.
They are offering 1K Impressions for just $1.
I Was a bit confused that if it is a reliable advertising platform.
Let me know if any one here on WMS is advertising there.
The traffic seems cheap and I am a bit queer about this.
So let me know Whether I should continue with advertising there.

I've seen more webmasters and internet marketers joining here, webmaster sun give you opportunities to advertise with low price but more quality traffic. buy sell ad can be reliable but its price is very high and it requires you have to good budget before thinking about advertising there.
