How to get good traffic from Stumbleupon?

I see Stumbleupon have more potential to get traffic and I post interesting stuffs from my website to it, stumble and comment on posts submitted by others, follow relevant people in my niche.
What else should I do to increase the number of Stumbleupon followers and traffic to my website from there?
Anyone has good experience with Stumbleupon, please suggest me any ways
