Is Wikipedia really helpful for us to get benefits in SEO?

As we all know about the Wikipedia and how much people give importance to it. I often think that Wikipedia is really helpful for us to get benefits in SEO??? Here, anybody even work with Wikipedia??

Wikipedia offers a NoFollow link, but with SEO the benefits from Wikipedia are enormous in multiple avenues. I wouldn't focus on getting Wikipedia backlinks since it is extremely difficult these days. Put your efforts elsewhere.

SEO benefits from Wikipedia - NO. They give nofollow links which means no link juice passing by! But, you may get bunch of traffic from there for sure.
