Yahoo answers for SEO or traffic?

I posted answers on questions at Yahoo answers with hope that I will get traffic from links that I putted on content of answers
Do you think that will i have traffic from Yahoo answers or SEO benefits from it?
please advise me

Yahoo answers is a good source of traffic, the back links are no follow, but they are good for link profile diversity,

it's normal text without anchor text, still benefit for SEO?

All links from Yahoo answers are no follow. Generally speaking, yes Yahoo answers can be of a benefit your SEO camping.

yahoo is only good for traffic but as far as seo benefit is concern it's useless as they are nofollow.

All though it is nofollow it will give your site relevance to keywords that are used in the thread and the more traffic that visits through the thread, then the more relevance it shows.

It's nofollow because yahoo is lazy and can't monitor the links as well as Google. Which make it a perfect opportunity for Internet Marketers. I have links on "hot" threads from years ago in Yahoo that are still making me money.

Yes, it is too much benefit for increase traffic but to make sure that it is quality content such answer and question..! The spam not not give pretty traffic.

I don't think yahoo answer will give us good traffic, I tried it. Putting links in an answer or under each answers, it didn't improve better traffic, might I do wrong way?

Depends how you answered and also depends on how much help you provided. If your answer was a couple of sentences long and provided very little help then no one is going to think you are credible enough to click on a link. Maybe if you provide links to a couple of the Yahoo answers I will go look at them and critique.

Just only link will not give you the good traffic. You have to build the online reputation amount of Yahoo community. I mean that you have to build relationship with other users, and help them to solve the problem. Also, write some article on Yahoo to make more better traffic.
