Which web host would you recommend?

There are too many things involve when thinking to purchase a new webhosting service..If you are running a low traffic blog then I will recommend hostgator baby plan, but if your website drive comparative more traffic (4k-5k/daily), then Baby plan will not work...you will have to move some upgraded packages.

Could you elaborate as to why you recommend these two providers? What are their strengths?
