I hired some writers from freelancer and fiverr but honestly they are providing content not as my expectation.

How to estimate an article is quality or not for search engines and readers?

What is your advice?

It is a market like any other. The lower the pay you are willing to pay, the lower the quality of the content you will get.

Secondly, you have got to be as specific as possible on what kind of content you aspire to get from the freelancer. We have so many employers with differing needs that unless you are very specific, you will get little of what you need. We cannot read minds, please be specific.

Third, the time span you give a freelancer will determine the content quality. If you want a 1000 word article and give 3 hours to the writer, you will get a lower quality as opposed to, say, about 24 hours.

What, exactly, do you want? Often, what the search engines want and what would please a reader are very different and want will please you as an employer are very different pieces of work.

So, I repeat again, what, exactly, do you want?

You can know about it only by reading it. A quality content should be unique, attractive, interesting, centered on product or service and should be usable for knowledge of others.

Perhaps then @Freds86 could guide us here. Which of the above criteria did the freelancer and fiverr writers not meet?

Was the content unique or not?
Was the article attractive or not?
Was the material not interesting and engaging enough?
Was the content about the product or centered upon the service?
Did the content impart knowledge about the niche?

To judge the content analyze the price. Low cost means low quality content and high cost means high quality content

Actually, I would define that quality article is an article that make the both search engines and readers love it.
If you want to know that those article is quality or not, I think that should to read those article from the beginning till ending of the article. Ask yourself a question, did you love it? If the answer is "Yes". You have to make sure that content is follow search engine guidelines such keyword optimization.

You can know about it only by reading it. A quality content should be unique, attractive, interesting, centered on product or service and should be usable for knowledge of others.
Well, this should be the best answer. I love that..

I think that sometime it is not true..! The price is not about the quality but the content in body text. You know..? A lot freelance writer are available online thus we could find the better quality with cheaper price.

For checking the quality of content you have to manually read the article.
Check is it interesting, unique, catchy, related to niche.

One of the best ways to know if a content is not spun is to check if it has long sentences and makes use of clauses very much. Other than that an article should have good research work and written in a manner that would invoke interest in a person. It should be written in paragraphs having a sub-headline in each paragraph.

If you are talking about Uniqueness than you can check uniqueness of the content with any Plagiarism tool. Search in google for plagiarism tool and paste the article in it and you can check the uniqueness of the content. Further check keywords in the content and keyword density.
