How to track conversions in affiliate links?

Are there any ways to create a track (clicks, conversions, stats..) on my affiliate links, it's possible and how to do it?
How to do you guys approach this?

Well, there are several ways to do this:
I assume you have a Wordpress site?
1. The most common way is http://www.google.com/analytics/
2. But if you don't want google to "peek" into your website dashboard
then a free Wordpress plugin will do the trick: StatCounter (Free real time visitors stats)
3. You can cloak and track your affiliate links by using https://bitly.com
4. And if you want to do it more professionally, then you can use https://www.postaffiliatepro.com/
