Easy and Safe opt-in plugin for Wordpress blog

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for an easy, SAFE opt-in plugin for my Wordpress blog. It must be smart and visually appealing. I'm considering any plugins when I found via search engines but I need some advice because you can have better plugins that I found.
Any others you can recommend?

There's a lot of plugins out there but my favorite at the moment is Thrive Leads. Really flexible and the A/B testing is just on another level. It also has a lot of optin templates and easy to edit or create an optin form from scratch with drag & drop feature.

You can also check out OptinSkin, I used it for a while and still loving it although I don't use it anymore but I highly recommend it.
