Shared IP or Dedicated IP, Do they have any differences in SEO?

Hey Guys,
I would like to ask between Shared IP or Dedicated IP, do they have any differences in SEO?
For a shared IP which hosted hundred of domains on a IP, it's different from a Dedicated IP, which is better for SEO?

Any suggestions?

According to google it doesn't matter unless ip is misconfigured or spammy things occurring on the network of websites having same ip address.

To be honest, these days there is no *real* reason to need a Dedicated IP as there is no longer any real advantage to it. Previously, a Dedicated IP was required to be able to install a SSL Certificate for your website, however, with the IPv4 Depletion taking place, technologies such as SNI were developed allowing for many SSL Certificates to be installed on a Shared IP.
