Hi please tell me or share your thoughts what is your general timeline to rank a easy or medium keyword on first page of Google or at least on page 2 Google?
Thanks in advance.

Honestly, this is just a worthless question with no real answer.

Nobody will be able to provide you a remotely accurate answer because nobody knows how competitive your market space is, what work you are doing and are willing to do, how good or bad your website is, how your competitors might react if they see someone else climbing up the SERPs, etc.

There are too many variables.

It will take you somewhere between 1 day and never.

It is really depending on the niche, but generally it takes long time if you do it the white hat way. Most of our SEO campaigns start picking up after 1 year.

You can review your competitors from the first page of Google, look at their age of domains and pay attention at the youngest of these websites. So you can to find an approximate answer to your question.

There is a trend in SEO that get ranking in 90 days or less. May be if the keywords are less competitive it can be possible. To be honest it is very hard to define the time frame for ranking a keyword. There are certain factors which can effect the SEO such as daily/monthly searches of the keyword, target market, SEO team members, expertise of the team, SEO techniques, budget. So it can vary from months to years when it comes to targeting highly competitive keywords.

This is the thing that some SEOs will have a hard time with. New websites? That can take a while. I'd do broad (naked URL, brand links mostly, with long tail keywords thrown in for first 3 months or so). It really can be a gamble with these.

Now, a year or older sites? It depends on the competitiveness. NO ONE can tell you a time frame! Expect it to take 2-4 months for decent competitiveness.

Patience will help here ;)

Getting on first page of Google will need you to work hard with your website. You have to implement excellent on page and off page SEO strategy. You have to create quality backlinks, adding rich and relevant content to your site on regular basis and much more..

It is impossible to say the timeline getting on first page of Google, But if your on page Technics applied properly and if you can follow the off page strategy regular basis you must rank you site quickly.
He better do a good job and keep building those links. Even then, as you said, we don't know :/ Patience, New SEO Grasshoppers !

No person in the right mind can answer to this question because the question isn't complete. There are lots of things to know before any statement. The niche, website, keywords, competition, analysis etc

I wouldsay around 6-8 months if you do everything yourself, and a little faster if you pay the professionals to make it for you

It depends on the work flow you are working on this keyword. It takes almost 1-2 months to rank a keyword. You need to give quality contents with that keyword, need to build genuine backlinks. You ca make relative PPT/ PDF's and videos and submit them in different sites. You can build infographics. These are some techniques which are necessary to keep your keyword in the first page of Google.

Impossible to tell, different keywords require different work. Additionally the backlinks built for sites also have different power ratings.
