I've been looking around for the last few days of a serious guides/courses to creating a targeted Facebook Ads campaign and ways to promote on Facebook for increasing traffic to a website

What is working for you guys with Facbeook?

Find similar groups as your. Most groups allow you to make post. Make post, even if it's not published on the main, it will get published on the sidebar.
Also you can use use hashtags.
And off course the most effective is to post good quality content that will be interesting for your target audience

I don't want to recommend any trainings, but if you ask me it's better for you to trial and error your Facebook ads until you become an expert. Facebook ads are quite straight forward, you'll just need to write your title, message and choose an image and then you'll have to target your group audience based upon several criteria (age, interest, country, city......).
