Why google crawl few sites all time ?

Hello all !
Will anybody suggest me why google crawl few sites all time , only make a new post and it showed on google search in some minutes later ?

few sites? for me, the reason is depend on the robots settings either it is allowed or blocked to crawl within the website.

I think that site is popuplar and having high pagerank so Google Bot is always on site to crawl new posts

Because some sites have good linking strength and more stronger than others as well as there servers are also reliable and some depends on the robots settings too.
