In SEO whether IP is optimsed or not?

Hi,

Can anyone suggest me if two website had same IP and website is optimized in search engine then it will affect second website of same IP and whether ranking of first IP is affect or not?

No affect what so ever. The majority of websites are on shared IP's. Increasing or decreasing a sites website based on the IP address used would not be a smart idea for search engines.
