Ranking and Website Indexing Issue

I have a website i am focusing few keywords on it and they are not appearing anywhere despite doing most of the activities. Even the status of its indexing pages on Google is decreasing day by day and the alexa rank is increasing. Please share your views and suggestions for the same.

google is not the fastest being when it comes to indexing. Request a re-crawl and wait for about 1 week for update to appear in your dashboard.

If it does not work try updating your sitemap manually.
