Posting same topic in different forum websites?

Hello all,

Someone told me that, if you want good amount of back-links, you need to post in different forum websites,so can we post same topic across all forum sites available ?

You could but you may irritate some people that are members of multiple forums. Why not word your post differently on each forum you post to? Or, if you get a good answer on one forum, go back and share the answer you got on the others. This way you are adding value to each forum.

If you are posting on forums for the sole purpose of building backlinks, your SEO plan needs re-worked. They are lousy links. They can be okay for direct traffic in some cases, but for rankings they usually will not do much of anything.

Well, unless you go to obscene lengths to create a few million links like that, but then you will quickly be labeled a spammer. Only a good idea for churn and burn marketing plans.

There are over 226 links on this page so far and that's going to grow as more people add posts. So any amount of page rank this thread has starts with 0, the only site linking to it, is this site itself. So take the 0 link juice and divide that by 226 links.

It's not going to do much for ranking your site.

You can post the same topic in many forums but many forums don't allow the exact same post to be posted in their forum that is posted other places around the web. It's basically a Spam prevention practice that many use.

I agree with above comments made in this thread. Posting the same topic or content on other forums is consider as spam and most forums doesn't allow it. To get more precise answer of your thread you must have to create it in one forum.
