No, you don't do that, you will get bad backlinks to your site. No use to do those tools.

All depends as I have received a lot of traffic doing this you can actually block neg links so it is nothing different to other link building you just have to monitor it. Anyone can run oppositions url though these things so learn to work with them or panic when it happens. The link builders of these systems target dot edu and gov backlinks aren't bad links. Sure there are some that will negative effect but it doesn't leave unrepairable damage.

Don't do it, its good to create 10 links manually rather than using automated tools to create back links for your. It w ill effect your site highly & may also lead to penalty.

No, don't use the tool. It will give you a poor-quality backlink due to which there may be chances that you will loose your ranking in SERP.
Instead of using tool try to build link naturally it will help you a lot to improve your ranking.

Don't. These tools don't know whether backlinks from a particular website would be potentially harmful or not. They just generate backlinks anyhow and bad links are created for the domain.
I would suggest, you generate backlinks with your knowledge and not a backlink generator tool.

Regards.

The people that never do it never see the links that are on offer and automatically assume all links are poor and they will be when offering massive amounts 10s or hundreds of thousands. The ones offering considerably less will generally have first site on list as Alexa. If you actually see what the links are on these you may consider uses.

What you can do and this, search on google domain value, site value, site check seo, all these sites will give you a valid backlinks without incurring penalties, and this will serve as a basis to start to get you noticed by google, then my advice is to buy or try to see if some site in your niche wants to sell or exchange links with you.

No, because you can not control the quality of backlinks, they can be spam or not relevant links. Also because of the quantity, as too many backlinks, especially in a short period of time, is a sign of spam.

Of course not, it will harm your ranking because you will get low quality backlinks and a big amount of it.

Do it manually and you will be rewarded

Don't Use any software for backlinks
The most used link-bulding tactics are:

Bloggings
Press release
Social bookmarks
Forums
Web 2.0
Social media links

It is not a correct way to generate backlinks. You may get more backlinks but it will be not good quality backlinks.

First of all, creating automatic backlinks at one shot is considered a blackhat technique. Please don't do that. Instead of this, create backlinks manually, I know it's time taking but it's quite effective. If you want to rank a website for a long time, then you need to do only white-hat SEO.
