The choice of hosting plan to buy to start an online web business or any web projects, whether it is a business website or personal blog which start making experience on the internet, it is absolutely critical to the performance of the site itself. From here it depends on the kind of your work.

What is a hosting?
Without giving words to explain this term, I will help you understand the importance of this element that we look for our websites, we can say that: a hosting is a special service which will be hosted all your sites or files on a server.

Simply put, your website will be visible online by web hosting. Therefore you will need to achieve a place to host your website files and show it on web browsers. Of course is to show your website you have to buy a domain.

What is an internet domain? The domain is nothing but the first element from which to start any project you want to start on the web, it is basically the name that identifies a particular site and making it accessible.

Why can not you help it?
Why can not you do without a hosting service? Well, we can say in very few words: not a hosting your website on the Internet does not exist, will never be visible.

If to lock the site name you register a domain, to ensure that the site exists in a literal sense, and that it is visible on the web must inevitably purchase a hosting service.

How to choose a suitable hosting for your work
I tried to give you some general information to help you understand what a hosting and why is it so important to you. Not only there is a plan web hosting, you must know that there are different types of web hosting and each one is designed to allow the user to handle a certain type of activity.

In fact hosting services are optimized to better manage a blog, or even hosting developed the purpose of supporting an E-Commerce site, just as we can get even more performance solutions such as Cloud Hosting and others and there are many choices for you.

Right now we are focusing on hosting plans, shared, VPS, Cloud hosting, dedicated server and some simple solutions that allow you to make use of a portion of a server's resources which precisely go to share with all the other sites that are allocated on that particular machine.

But then there are so many hosting services, each one has different types of resources, how can you choose the right plan for your own personal needs? In this regard, if you allow me, I give you 5 tips to avoid mistakes that choice which is critical to your work.

Upgrade

The best advice I can give you to start a career on the web is always start from the bottom, provided that the necessary resources are not conspicuous since the beginning, but this may be the case of a business site while here we are thinking on the beginning of your personal work.

Therefore parts to be an economical solution but always opt for a web provider that enables you to subsequently perform an upgrade or to upgrade to higher performance levels. Starting from the bottom does not mean that you'll stay in the same position forever, but ... working as it should your site will grow quickly in terms of visibility, so that then switching to a different hosting service becomes essential.

Including domain
Since you inevitably register your internet domain to take advantage of a hosting, why not opt for a web space that has also included the free domain?

Start thinking about how to avoid throwing money right and left, you take a sure way to get quality services and do not overspend. A free domain included in hosting is already an excellent starting point, do not you think?!

Control panel
Ok, you have chosen your hosting and are ready to handle your work with maximum commitment and concentration. The problem is how you handle a hosting plan? At this point in many (speaking of beginners, but not limited to) let themselves be intimidated and take a step back, maybe giving up their projects. It was wrong.

It all depends on the control panel that a particular hosting provider provides you. In this sense, there is nothing better than being able to use a simple control panel and available in Italian with which to manage any different functionality of the site?

The cPanel control panel can be a solution for your goals, simple to use and fairly intuitive to be affordable for everyone.

SiteBuilder - Create your own websites in minutes
Ok, you bought the hosting and you're relieved because you have a certain control panel and simple to use.

"Yeah, but how can you start creating a website?"

I know you're thinking of this, and it's a very legitimate. There's a solution to this and in this case the solution is called SiteBuilder, thanks to this software, included with all hosting plans, you can create your website directly online and in a few minutes. You do not have have no special technical knowledge, the software guarantees you a high quality graphics and is optimized to show your website to search engines, which is critical in optical SEO.

Safety
Last (but not least in terms of importance) tip I can give you to choose the right hosting for your needs is security guaranteed by a specific service.

The quality is fine, but how if your system is not protected properly? That's why it becomes important to choose a hosting service that not only provides with good performance but that is adequate in terms of safety.

Finally
Ease of use, savings from the economic point of view and opt for a type of service that allows you then to grow over time by switching to more efficient solutions.

You do not need to know much to start working on the web, you just have to start evaluating which plan is best suited for those who are your projects. If you are a beginner, the target audience of this article in particular, the advice is to always start from a cheap hosting to start to get the bones.

Once you have learned to manage everything perfectly and that your work will start to grow in terms of visibility, then you can consider other options to increase the resources at your disposal.

Very simple steps, It will not waste your time.

1. Register a domain name.
2. Purchase hosting from any hosting service provider, You will get a nameserver in your welcome email. Use this nameserver and update it by login to your domain registrar control panel and update namserver.
3. Now wait for few hours like 4 to 6 hours and your site will be accessible within 4 to 6 hours or maximum 2 days.
4. Once your website is working in browser then login to your control panel which is provided by your hosting provider and install wordpress software by using automatic software installer like Softaculous.

Congratulations, Now login to your wordpress account and you can chose your site theme, post your first post.

Happy blogging.

What kind of business were you thinking of starting on the web? Aside from what has already been recommended here, I'd continue to ask a ton of questions. I think you'll find that members here will be glad to help.

Great reply by CyberAlchemist! I was a bit thrown off by your thread at first as it started off asking me a question as though you was going to tell me all about it. But I see that you're actually asking the question for yourself! :D But so it all really depends on what your needs and budget is or what your dreams and goals are. You can find a lot of guides and tutorials out there on web hosting, web design, web development, SEO and the like etc etc online. But what is it you want to do? What kind of site do you want to run? A simple 2 to 3 page site? Just a blog? Or a full shebang e-commerce site with hundreds of products?

Tell us a little about what it is you're trying to achieve then we can help direct you into the right direction. Otherwise, what CyberAlchemist has said covers a lot of good stuff you need to know about it. And I don't know what the best web hosting tutorial is but you can find a lot of great web hosting tutorials online if you search around that can get you up to speed with it all fairly soon.

That's what I like about web hosting and development. It's not super super hard to learn, but if you dig and dig a bit deeper you can usually find something out there that shows you how. :D
