Sudden Fluctuations in SERP's

After the algo update on 7th Feb. The SREP's has been affected but a little. But suddenly this week many of our clients are saying this that they are getting very unusual traffic.

Some are complaining that the traffic is not getting any conversion and some just saying that there has been a sudden drop in traffic. Are you guys hearing this too?
