Plagiarism of product reviews on YouTube, Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, music stores?

Is it plagiarism/prohibited to copy and paste comments about products left by individuals on YouTube, Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, music stores... ect., Then re-publish them in the form of a review? The comments would be presented as opinions about the featured product taken from across the internet.

I haven't done this so far. Copying others comment as a review is not so good. However you can the screenshot of that review and post them on your post. It will be more credible for you.

Short answer: yes.

Reviews are protected by copyright. The copyright is held by the person who writes the review, with the site that displays it having publishing rights via their terms of service. Using the whole review is clearly plagiarism. Using part of the review is still plagiarism because "fair use" rules to not apply to quotes used for commercial purposes. Screenshots of text is covers just the same as copy and pasting text, it is still plagiarism.

Reviews are protected by copyright. The copyright is maintained with whoever writes on the review, with all the website which demonstrates it having publishing rights by their own terms of service. Employing the entire inspection is demonstrably plagiarism.

I don't think so its good idea in any way to just copy reviews from others, even if it's not gonna come under Plagiarism.
