Thanks Rob for your reply. How can i send email notices to the customers? We can send emails to customers whom we have email ids. What about those who are browsing first time? Should we use Adwords Email ads? Kindly let us know.

If you set up codes and track users using Google Analytics, you can easily see who abandoned your cart. You can then have their details.
Other than this, I would recommend you the following things for the engagements.
