Have you sold something cheaper than it really costs?

There are times that we are a little desperate for money or we just want to get rid of something old and for those or any other reasons, we end up selling something for a lower price.
It happened to me and then I just feel bad for myself or guilty, it's a little frustrating.

Have you been in this situation? I want to know.
