Change your domain name? You mean change ownership?
You can never change the domain name after you have bought it.

I think what was meant to be asked did you ever get a new domain name and transfer your old site.

Yes I have I started off with one that had a fun name then I upgraded to my latest domain that has my name in it to be more professional.
