Managing a website AND all of its content can be a demanding task, which is why a lot of people opt to have other people help them out. Most CMS, including Wordpress, make it easier for webmasters to replenish its team of writers, so it's only obvious people would make use of that feature.
So, have you recruited any additional poster (both paid or unpaid, depending on what subject you usually talk about you could be able to find people willing to write for free) or are you the one and only content manager? In any of these cases, how is it going? Did you regret your choice or are you perfectly fine as you are?
