Can anyone give me some tips to get out of Sandbox?

What shall I do to get out of it?

You have to work for your site with quality and it would be on top one day, if Google thinks that you are doing quality works now.

If your domain is new, or you using black hat seo to get top ranking, it will come into google sand box. google sandbox means your sites will not come in good search engine ranking.
