Are Nofollow Links still Valuable for SEO?

According to you, Are Nofollow Links Still Valuable for SEO?
I saw in some SEO analytics tools, Alexa backlinks... showed no-follow links as backlinks for website
what about you ? any thoughts ?

No follow links from quality and relevant of sites matters a lot.

No-follow back-links that tagged your linking as natural . So Don't go away if you get chance to place Quality link i.e no-follow .

when a site link with nofollow tag, its say that it's not relay on that site.
