It is a nice clean looking blog, but some of the menu selections seems to run slow, you may want to check the site architecture and see if you can optimize it some.

I noticed the slowness when I made menu selections and using the read more buttons.

Very simple and light design. I generally don't like this boxy style. I like fullscreen pages, but everything looks clean.

You need to add a background (white), or make an adaptive layout.
And come up with a more interesting logo that will be remembered by users!

I think your blog looks great first of all. I took a few minutes to read, and you seem very knowledgeable on the subjects you speak on. I think this could be helpful and informative. I wish you well, I really like the look it is inviting.

It looks too simple. I have nothing against being simple and all but I think it needs more content, more designs, everything to add and all to make users, target audience appealing to the eyes and would retain something from your viewers.
