How to change browser country in Firefox, Internet Explorer or Chrome?

When I checked position of a keyword on Google with a SEO tool, it has different results when I check with different location as UK or USA. Is there a way to change browser country for Firefox, Internet Explorer or Chrome?

They go off your IP address, not the language code the browser sends. To change the IP that appears you have to use a proxy in the country you want to test.

I agree with Rob, the browser checks your local IP and by that may show you different results. The solution for that would be to use VPN as a proxy to hide your local IP and you will be seen as browsing from another location.
