I think the gaming industry is still very profitable, but it has changed a lot over the years. Big studios continue to make huge profits from AAA titles, but indie developers are also finding success thanks to digital platforms and early access models. At the same time, competition is tough, and not every game makes it. I’ve noticed that games with strong communities and regular updates tend to do best. Live service games and those with microtransactions seem to be dominating now, though it’s a bit of a double-edged sword for players. What do you all think — is the industry heading in the right direction, or are we losing something along the way?
