How do you monitor and measure the effectiveness of the streamers?
We’re looking through each of the metrics available since both the managers and the affiliates have the access to the detailed statistics in the personal accounts. I would say that, obviously, FDs matter most. Yet, the quality of traffic matters most. We accept neither fraud nor motivated traffic. Brand awareness is one of the additional criteria we’re looking into while cooperating with influencers.

How do you keep our relationships with streamers positive and productive over the long term?
We consider a partnership good when both parties benefit from cooperating with each other. That’s why it’s so important to monitor the results timely and stay in touch with the streamers to keep them informed and help them adjust if necessary. Our managers always provide opinions and ideas for improving the quality of traffic during the streams and other activities. I believe that the most important part is to listen to each other and keep a cooperation transparent. It takes both parties to achieve great results.

What commission model do streamers usually prefer? CPA or RevShare?
RevShare it is. This is the best choice for a long-term cooperation since RevShare brings way more profit for the streamers.

First of all each partner has a personal Influence manager who they can contact regarding any questions appear. We supply streamers with promo materials (unique banners and landing pages), personal bonuses for their players, and share valuable information regarding social media growth as we're just interested in growing the audience as the streamers are.

How do you balance your relationships with multiple streamers at once?
At Royal Partners we have a big team of highly experienced influence managers whose working schedules are designed the way that allows them to easily navigate through the multiple chats and other working routine!

How do you manage conflicts or disputes with streamers if any occurred?
First of all, the top priority is always to find the real reason for misunderstanding. In most cases, it is a bad experience. So, lay off the hesitation and worrying and focus on what matters. Open-mindedness and readiness to exchange opinions is crucial. Instead of focusing on bad experiences or outcomes we are trying to focus on something good. Sometimes it is a similar case study or some other great experience.

It’s been quite a busy week for the team since Royal Partners attended SiGMA Asia 2023 which took place in Manila, the Philippines, for the very first time. We’ve never been so far to the East and it was awesome to have a look at the region with our own eyes. So many great people and companies were met there!

This year’s SiGMA Asia actually took place in Asia, the Philippines, rather than sticking with Dubai. We’ll see in some time if it was worth it. Yet, the very same Manila was already confirmed to host the event in 2024. So, we’ll have the opportunity to meet any of you who missed SiGMA Asia 2023 this time. Let’s get back to the event itself.

How was the event? Well, it was quite unique and different while both online and offline iGaming companies were represented. It’s always great to have a look at the competitors from another angle. You never know which little details and small hints you may find. One of them may be a turning point for your brand or product. That’s why we’re trying to attend as many events as possible and encourage our affiliates and partners to do so. We’ll be happy to meet each of you at any event.

SiGMA Asia 2023 event was full of various game providers and it was incredibly valuable for us to watch and learn the patterns so we can provide our users with the very best gaming experience. A piece of exciting and fresh news is here, straight from the oven. Today, Royal Partners has added not one but to GEOs to the current pool - Turkey and Azerbaijan.

We’ve been talking about the expansion to the East for quite some time, we’ve already discussed Asian region and the numerous opportunities it provides. Yet, we managed to add these two GEOs to the current pool before the Asian countries. Why so? Both Turkey and Azerbaijan are very popular among affiliates. And we’re not talking only about the iGaming affiliates. Let’s find out what makes these two GEOs so lucrative.
  • They both are large and growing markets. Both Turkey and Azerbaijan have large populations, providing a potentially massive amount of referrals for the iGaming affiliates.
  • Favourable regulations. Both countries have relatively favourable regulations when it comes to the iGaming industry. Although online gambling in Turkey creates more of grey area, iGaming affiliates still can operate freely. In Azerbaijan, online gambling is legal and regulated, providing a clear framework for affiliates to operate within.
  • Growing interest in online gambling. Both Turkey and Azerbaijan have seen an increasing interest in online gambling in recent years. Hey,

We've got a couple of quick but very important updates for the affiliates.

Update number one is the brand new Security system.

2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is now mandatory for security purposes. If you haven't set it up yet, you'll receive a notification in the personal account. The change is made due to prevent any attempts to break into the personal account of our affiliates.

Update number two is the simplified payout process.

From now on the payout process is as simple as ever. All you have to do is to add your payment details to the personal account and you're good to go to start requesting withdrawals (only for RevShare affiliates).

Here's how you can do it.

Firstly, add your payment details in the 'Wallet' section and reach out to your affiliate manager to confirm them.

Secondly, create a withdrawal request with a couple of clicks. Once you're in the 'Wallet' section, click the 'Withdraw' button, fill in the form and submit it. Make sure that a request doesn't exceed your payout limits by asking your affiliate manager.

A withdrawal request shall be submitted from the 3rd to the 5th day of the month following the reported period (month). If you miss the deadline, the funds will simply remain on your balance until the next month.

Automatic withdrawal requests can also be set up by adding a new payment via the 'Scheduled Payments' in the 'Wallet section'. Select the currency, payment details and enter desired withdrawal amount.

The last week we added a couple of popular GEOs to the current pool (Turkey and Azerbaijan) but this time we have not only a new GEO but a whole brand new region. Please welcome the latest addition to our pool - Japan.

We've already spent so much time talking about the Asian region and Japan in particular (check the description of the Japanese market a couple of blog posts above). And now it's finally happening. Royal Partners is now accepting traffic from Japan.
