Twitter url blacklist problem

One of the sites i am working on got blacklisted by twitter recently.
After some investigating it turned out that some of the anti-spam services listed our site because it is on the same shared server as some spammy site - and they just bulk blacklisted the entire IP range.

We messaged twitter support but they have not cleared us yet.
Anyone knows of a good and swift way to get an url cleared with twitter?

Thank you.
Sincerely,

C

Never faced this problem before.

You can not share your site on Twitter or Twitter banned your Twitter account? Any screenshot for the problem you are having?

In this case, I think you need to contact and wait for their answer.

And I also think it is really difficult for you to have their answer because your website violated their terms.

As far as i can tell the website does not violate their terms in any way.
I assume it is blocked because our site was listed as malware by several AVs.
However they have all re-listed us now as false-positive.

This continued twitter thing is really interfering with SEO and brand awareness marketing

Ok so i finally got a confirmation that Twitter is treating our url as malware.

While most AVs that flagged us quickly (within 1-24 h) removed us after i contacted them, one has still not responded - 'Clean MX'.

Just the same twitter is still holding us hostage...
This is very annoying as it is a company website and their "warning" is really making us look bad.

I'll report back when (if) this gets fixed.

Shortlinks have fallen in and out of favor, back and forth, so quickly that if you listen carefully their oscillation makes a low-pitched hum.

I'm pleased to say Twitter finally realized they imprisoned an innocent website, our link is now publishable again!
But it took over a month for them to resolve this issue...

If anyone finds a good way to resolve such issues in the future, please let me know as this will certainly happen again sooner or later... And i really don't want to wait that long next time

At times, Twitter will take action to limit or prevent the spread of URL links to content outside Twitter. This is done by displaying a warning notice when the link is clicked, or by blocking the link so that it can’t be Tweeted at all.
