Youtube channel with 50 views each video what to do?

Hi Guys,
I created a Youtube channel from September for US market and posted around 10 videos to this channel. After 1 month, each video has just 50 views or 1000 views, they are natural views. How can I increase these amounts? Any tips?

YouTube pays per CPM. If you have 1 thousand views, you'll earn some few $$$.
