Which one of these affect and are the main ranking factor?

So i've set up some as the factor that could possibly affect my ranking on SERPs just don't know if they are true or not can you guys tell me?

Domain external mentions: this one is like linking to each other post on my website?

Geo-targeting settings: I think this one of the main factors

Length of site domain registration: this could be but I don't know whether it just for user's experience?

Domain Age: like I have a long time no use domain does google just scrape it out?

Site top-level domain: like .com or .org, .net ? are they different

Each of them has its importance

1. You can not target your location without Geo setting
2. Length of site domain should be short
3. Domain age is a kind of proof you are in the market for a long (easy to trust on you for a search engine)
4. .com is for worldwide but it is also ok if you are targeting your country with a country-specific domain extension
