Sony PSP's future, threatened by Android Gaming Apps

Hello everyone,

Lately, there has been a buzz over the internet that Sony PSP's future is greatly threatened by the presence of Android gaming apps.

Here's the scenario.

More and more consumers are hooked to patronizing the Android mobile products for several reasons. Among these reasons is mobile gaming, being one of its top attractions, which are easily and comfortably made available to all through free downloads from Google's Playstore.

So here's the question:

Do you agree that Sony PSP will die because of the Android gaming apps?

As mobile phone processor and GPU are getting more and more powerful, yes the gaming on the PSP is definitely getting threatened.

They need to get more exclusive game titles on the Playstation so only they can retain the hardcore gamers.

I totally agree with you but the lover of PSP are unique and love their PSP. But its fact that the market will be decreased.

Android is obviously taking the market of portable gaming console. If sony want to continue it's legacy of PSP than they need to offer best gaming titles, and unique features to PSP at best price.
