thedivisionforums.com looks good. It has many posts and replies.

Nice looking game. LOL They walk by a construction zone with a "scissor lift," it looks realistic. Nice cars and buildings. Nice police vehicle. Nice weird abandoned buildings. Nice maps of the city area. It is a nice walk-around of the city area (kind of like I could do in real life? LOL)
