Anyone know of an alternative to the now-defunct Project Wonderful?

Anyone know of an alternative to Project Wonderful for advertising? Project Wonderful was an ad-network where instead of paying in impressions or clicks, you bought an ad-spot on a specific website for 24 hours and the ad would show for 24 hours regardless of how many impressions / clicks it got. Wondering if there is anything similar now?

You could simply contact the owner of a relevant niche site you would like to advertise on. Lots of sites offer per placement advertising, including marketplaces such as JuicyAds.

@hipcat true, but Project Wonderful was nice in that you could find sites by the niche and get traffic reporting stats since they were running the banners. It's a shame the site is gone.
