Please help me in Microsoft word

My question is,
I start a document in Microsoft word, I insert number on every paragraph, in paragraph I insert some sub numbers and then I go 10 number when next paragraph is start 1 not start with 11. What are problems?

I think the sub numbers are the problem try using the bullets other than numbers

you should check on the format of your bullets in numbering, that is the usual error on number format.
