Need advise on website for sale

Hello!

I am new to this forum. I am selling a website + domain and need help with the selling price. The website is howtochange.blog
It's a blog on personal development that I started with great enthusiasm since I love the subject and many people need orientation on how to change their lives for the better, specially if they are struggling with anxiety or high stress, but I can not keep developing the project anymore for personal reasons that take up most of my time.
It has a great seo score, it loads fast, it has around 60 articles with affiliate links to amazon and clicbank.
Can anyone please tell me what would be a reasonable price to ask?
