Is there a way to restore my WordPress backup?

Hey there, I built a website for a dental clinic using WordPress. Unfortunately, I uninstalled my local server, and I didn't take a backup. Is it possible to restore my website? It really matters because it's for my college project. Is there any method to recover my files or data?

If the site was only on your local server and you didn’t back it up, recovery is tough but check your old server folders or try a recovery tool like Recuva in case the files are still there.

If the site is live somewhere, you can download the files via FTP and export the database from the host.

Next time, always back up your site even just copying the wp-content folder and exporting the database can save you hours.
