Hello.
Focus on short videos. Most of the audience is used to quick consumption, so instead of watching one long video, 99% of users will choose to watch 20 short videos.
Keep a close eye on trends in music. Pay particular attention to viral songs.
Write comments more often, preferably meaningful/attention-grabbing ones. A lot of people may subscribe to your channel just because they liked your liked post.
