I am not too sure but you may get your answer if you Google it a bit. I found a link https://developers.google.com/ it has many thing related to page speed so kindly go through it. If you are well versed with the web-development you can have a good idea of it.

Google factors in your site rendering speed. Slow sites are not easily crawled google, so If your pages take 3-4 seconds to open your site, then simply Google neglect it. Make sure speed of your site, it should be 1s of even 500ms. Even if GoogleBot passes several times per second you should make sure you can maintain performance.

As upto what i can understand, you need to make sure that you write an article today and it should be indexed tomorrow. This actually takes time when you have new website. Better that you share your articles rightaway on social sites..

You can try submitting the new content to search engines if you want the process to take less time, but it is not a 100% technique.

Hi,
Tricks to rapid indexing:
  • Ping your site through pinging site.
  • Fetch your site through Google webmaster Tools.
  • Do SBM for your site with quality niches.
  • Do Microblogging for your site.
  • Share your site link in social media like Google Plus, Facebook and Twitter etc.
  • You can submit RSS feed for your site.

For faster indexing, you need higher PageRank which means you need more backlinks. Here's what happens - google is crawling another site and finds a link to your site, it will then crawl your site. So if you have links on a lot of websites, the chances of google visiting your site is higher.

For faster indexing, you need higher PageRank, means you need more backlinks. Actually, what happens, Google is moving into another site and sees a link to your site, it will then check your site. If you have links on plenty of sites, the chances of google visiting your internet site is more.
