Why webpages do not cache with Google?

My website did not cache in previous 30 days, i tried so much to make crawl through google webmaster but did not fetch by google. what are the reasons behind it?

Only google knows. They don't have a set caching schedule. Why is this important to you? If you are showing up in the rankings, why worry about being cached?

They are having issues with caching and the mobile first index. It's a known problem.

It doesn't mean the page is not indexed or cached. They are just not showing the cached version.

Really has been pissing me off because it is a hugely useful tool in diagnosing SEO problems.
