Hello everyone,

I'm curious to know how many websites you currently manage.

  • How many sites do you own?
  • Are they blogs, affiliate sites, SaaS tools, or eCommerce stores?
  • Which one performs best?
  • How do you manage your time across multiple projects?
Looking forward to hearing your experiences.

I've built well over 200 in the past 20 years working online, but now down to 3 larger ones, as I've been selling off my web assets to concentrate more on my retirement activities.

They were mostly affiliate sites, as it's what I'm best at. I don't like the headaches involved with running ecommerce stores. The best ones were the AI ones I created in the past 2 years, as the conversion rate is really high due to the current popularity of AI.

Managing everything is fairly easy working from home. I work 2-3 hours when I first wake up and then walk my dog, go to town to do errands, etc, and then just check things for an hour in the evening. It doesn't take much time to run affiliate sites, and my forum runs itself since members create the content.

15 for me.

A few are forums. Most are WordPress-powered sites which some are active blogs and some just utilize putting a website up.

15 is enough for me.

20 years ago, I had hundreds of websites and domain names going! I had more time back then haha

I currently manage 5 websites and honestly, that’s enough for me to handle properly. I prefer focusing on quality, updates, and growth rather than managing too many sites at once.

I currently manage around 8 websites, mostly content-based projects in different niches. A few of them receive consistent traffic, while the others are still in the growth phase. I've found that it's much more effective to focus on improving existing sites than constantly launching new ones.

To stay organized, I batch similar tasks together. For example, I dedicate specific days to writing content, technical maintenance, and SEO updates instead of switching between projects throughout the day. That workflow has helped me stay productive without feeling overwhelmed.
