I saw news about how someone fired his whole social media team and hired AI to do his company's social media managing, but my answer to this that a person has a personality, and that personality shows in everything in his/her life, even the work, and the AI is also somehow have personality because those you using ai or seeing ai content can find repetitive content both in text, images and others.
